1. Booking and payment
When you book accommodation through the booking page at kefs.dk, you agree to the following terms:
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) og including VAT.
Bookings are confirmed via email and/or the booking portal.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel for free your booking at least 2 days before arrival, by sending an email to kontakt@kefs.dk.
Upon cancellation less than 2 days before arrival or in case of absence, is charged the full amount for the stay.
3. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in: From 15.00 p.m.
Practical information and access instructions are sent to guests 2–5 days before arrival by email (check spam if necessary)
Check-out: No later than 10.00:XNUMX a.m. The key is placed in the door upon departure.
4. Changes to booking
If you wish to change the date or number of guests, you must contact us as soon as possible via email at kontakt@kefs.dk.
Changes can only be made if there is availability.
5. House rules
